The wear-resisting parts of these crushing equipments are more than 20% more durable than other die casting process products. However, the lost foam casting has the advantages of high dimension precision, small processing allowance, convenient dry sand falling sand, less than 50% of cleaning and polishing work, saving labor cost, so the price of EPC is relatively low.

  Sand mould casting is a kind of casting process, and the mould used in sand mould casting is generally composed of outer sand type and core. Because the molding materials used in sand casting are cheap and easy to produce, the mould making is simple, and it can adapt to the single piece production, mass production and mass production of castings, which has long been the basic process in foundry production. At present, internationally, in all castings production, $number castings are made of sand, and about 70% of them are produced by clay sand.

  The main reason is: sand casting is lower cost, simpler production process and shorter production period than other foundry methods. Therefore, like the automobile engine cylinder body, cylinder head, crankshaft and other castings are produced by the clay wet sand process. When the wet type can not meet the requirements of the use of clay sand table dry sand type, dry sand or other sand type. The casting weight of clay wet sand can be from several kilograms to dozens of kg, while the cast of clay dry-type production can weigh up to dozens of tons. Because sand mold casting has above advantage, therefore, its application in foundry industry is more and more extensive. In the future, it will play a more and more important role in the foundry industry.
